Verizon Workers and Occupy Boston Joint Labor Action

A day of action for working people, against the wealthy 1% that holds our government and our country hostage. We are joining forces to march on Verizon to demand that the company accept the union's contract proposal. Verizon must not cut health care, pensions, wages, and security for the workers who keep Verizon running.

At 1:30 pm students will be marching together from the Band Stand on Boston Common to Dewey Square.

There, they will join the rest of #OccupyBoston at 3:00pm to march in solidarity with labor unions!
